New on the menu: Baked Eggs
17 May, 2011Why not? Probably the tastiest eggs in the vicinity. Hamish cooked down some fresh tomato and added some caramelised red onion, garlic and some other stuff. This one has Spanish style black pudding but you can have chorizo or simply feta. Add some Gruyere on top for extra cheesy goodness.
